Summer Quinoa Bowl With Pacific Foods
Fresh and light summer bowl that's delicious and you can modify it to fit what's in your fridge!
Servings: 4 People
- Fresh Kale
- Red Onion
- Mixed Beans
Creamy Tahini Dressing
- 1 cup Pacific Foods Veggie Broth
- 1/2 cup Tahinin
- 3/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Fresh Pepper
Blend all together. Add more Pacific Foods Vegetable Broth as needed to create
Add everything to your bowl, top with the creamy tahini dressing and enjoy! We
love adding edible flowers to ours for an extra summer touch.
