I wanted to say thank you to everyone for being so supportive in my decisions to take a step back from social media! I know I still have posts that need to be posted but it feels amazing just being able to do so when I want and what I want.  Taking a step back to reevaluate has felt nothing short of amazing.

So many changes are happening! One thing I couldn’t feel more grateful for is the changing weather.  It has left me feeling brighter, with more energy and clarity and I really hope saying goodbye to winter is doing the same for all of you.  I’m excited for spring colours, flowers and green grass.  Ughhh who knew grass could make someone so happy, haha.  This snow has certainly overstayed its welcome.  The only whites I want to be dreaming of are the one’s entertaining my closet like this blouse with the detail on the back from Anthropologie.  It has honestly one of my favourite purchases lately.  I can’t wait to share the amazing things that are coming to conveythemoment.com.  A truer refection of my personal style, life choices and what I’m usually getting up to in order to live healthier and happier.  I’ll attach some spring pics below, hope you enjoy them!
