TEN MINUTE PITA CHIPS
Day 22! I love making my own pita chips, I find them cheaper, healthier and fresher. Be sure to not forget them in the oven like I did for this batch as they do cook very quickly. I honestly was playing with Harlow and got distracted from the oven but Tim loves them a little burnt so I figured I’d run with them because I hate wasting food. So make sure they are a couple degrees lighter than pictured here haha..
Anyways, this is an amazing way to reduce waste when your Pita bread isn’t quite fresh anymore. Chop them up, add a little spice and bake them. I like to store mine in a tupperware to keep them fresh. Hope you love them.
