TASTY TURMERIC SMOOTHIE
Turmeric has a number of health benefits so I’m always trying to sneak it into my dishes. This smoothie is by far my favourite smoothie I make. The balance between the ginger and turmeric is simply amazing. I’ve seen this combo used a bunch so it’s really easy to create any variation of your own if you wish to change it up a bit. Quick, easy and healthy. Hope you love it.
- 1.5 cups of frozen mango
- 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk (or any non dairy)
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp of fresh ginger*
- Use a grater to grade the ginger or use a thumb size amount and just blend in your blender as is.
