Pinterest is usually my go to for almost everything, but especially vegan meal ideas. I love being inspired by others who are just as passionate about food/eating as I am.  One of my favourite things lately has been a smoothie bowl for breakfast.  I love adding more to it to make it feel more like a meal instead of just a drink.  Here’s one of my favourite recipes but you can check out my board for much much more.

1 Ripe Banana
Peaches (Frozen)
Pineapple (Frozen)
Handful of Spinach or Kale
1 Cup of Almond or Soy Milk
Top with:

Whatever fruits you want
Flax, Hemp and Chia Seeds
Nuts of your choice

Todays Recipe:

Peaches (Frozen)
Pineapple (Frozen)
Mango (Frozen)
Banana (Fresh)
1 cup of sweetened vanilla soy milk

Topped with:

Chia, Buckwheat and Hemp seeds
