PUMPKIN OATS
Day 5 of our 30 days of recipes! This one I’ve shared so many times on Instagram stories because it seriously is one of our favourites all year long. I know you’ll love it. Believe it or not I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin but I like to hide it in things for it’s added nutrition. Make sure you’re getting pure pumpkin and not the pumpkin pie filling–seems to be a common mistake. Enjoy guys. xx E

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of pure pumpkin
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tbsp of chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup of almond milk (or any non dairy milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of all spice
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Cook oats are directed on bag
- Add everything else to the bowl
- Mix and enjoy
