Day 5 of our 30 days of recipes! This one I’ve shared so many times on Instagram stories because it seriously is one of our favourites all year long.  I know you’ll love it.  Believe it or not I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin but I like to hide it in things for it’s added nutrition.  Make sure you’re getting pure pumpkin and not the pumpkin pie filling–seems to be a common mistake.  Enjoy guys.  xx E

  1. 1 tbsp of pure pumpkin
  2. 1 cup of oats
  3. 1 tbsp of chopped pecans
  4. 1/4 cup of almond milk (or any non dairy milk of your choice)
  5. 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  6. 1 tsp of all spice
  7. 1 tsp of cinnamon
  8. 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
  1. Cook oats are directed on bag
  2. Add everything else to the bowl
  3. Mix and enjoy
