I just started pinning not too long ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. I love how I have a visual board to go to where I can channel my inner creativity and refer back to it when I need it. My favourite boards are, FALL/WINTER FASHION, PRETTY THINGS and of course COFFEE. Come on over, it’ll be fun!
So, something you might not know about me is that I used to be really fit and active and healthy (haha, I’m serious here). For personal reasons I had to lay off of the excessive exercise but I am planning on re introducing some fitness back into my life. In addition to exercise I also want to start cooking again! I swear since we have been home I have cooked one meal. I am not exaggerating–one meal. My husband (Timothy) and I love eating out and it’s something we take very seriously. I had a little kick in the butt yesterday when I was stuck in my bed for about four hours in the afternoon because I felt so unwell. Being a vegan takes a little bit of work to make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need and I was completely neglecting my self to the point I was starting to feel it physically. A vegan burrito from Mucho can only offer so much nutrition, not to mention those cute little chubby cheeks I am now rocking! Bless those little gems. Of course I am far from fat but I do want to put some work into getting back to where I feel most comfortable. I will be pinning recipes and healthy meals that I am making under my HEALTHY EATING and would love to know if you guys wanted me to do a Workout feature once in a while on my blog. My goal is to be able to do 30 pushups one week from today! Those are men’s pushups but really we should rename them GIRL BOSS Pushups. You think I can? Let’s see! This will be an excellent way for me to hold my self accountable and hopefully inspire some of you to get healthy and active with me!
A huge part of my life has been nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices and I really want to share that part of my life with you so why not welcome it back together. I also have a FITNESS BOARD so heck why don’t you just follow them all (haha). I am so excited for you to join me on this journey and hopefully it’ll help lead us all to an overall healthier lifestyle.
