Day 20! Only ten more days of our 30 days of plant based recipes.  Have you guys enjoyed this series? Would you like me to continue a recipe a day? Tim and I absolutely love the pangoa bowl from Freshi, we could eat it everyday.  It was so easy to recreate and though you would never think to have bbq sauce on one of your bowls it actually is delicious.  I hope you guys love it.  Harlow will eat a bbq sauce with a mild spice so I had to let her try it before I put it on her bowl but normally we do give her sauces as stuff as well so she is used to eating those types of flavours and textures.  We find it helps to have a ready made tupperware of quinoa in the fridge that we can add to our salads and bowls throughout the week.  I also linked the mats and plates we use to feed harlow as we highly recommend them for babies who love to pick up and throw things (isn’t that all of them? :)).  We love how well they’ve worked for us and have on in our diaper bag at all times to for when we are out.   1. 1/2 can of black beans
  2. 1/2 can of corn
  3. 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
  4. 1 handfuls of chopped cucumbers
  5. 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  6. 1 avacado
  7. 2 tbsp of bbq sauce of your choice (we used blazing chipotle)
  1. Cook quinoa as instructed.
  2. Divide all the ingredients between the two bowls.
  3. Add sauce, enjoy.
