Ingredients
- Nice Cream
- 1 cup of frozen bananas
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- Chia Pudding
- 1 cup of chia seeds
- 3 cups of vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 cup of blueberries
- Toppings
- Pecans or nuts of your choice
- Fruit of your choice
Instructions
- Blend all the nice cream ingredients.
- Have chia pudding ready from the night before.
- Add blended smoothie on top of chia pudding and top as desired.
Notes
- To get a good consistency of the nice cream take the bananas out a couple of minutes before blending so they aren't rock solid. If your blender can't handle then feel free to add a non diary milk.
