Toast is such an easy way to get in lots of nutrients. Nut butters, chia and hemp seeds with whole grains and added fruit can be a very nutritious breakfast. In our meals you will see a lot of whole foods but you are more than welcome to substitute if ever necessary. I love added seeds to our food for added vitamins and minerals and both chia and hemp are packed with both. Hope you guys love this simple combo.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- Drizzle of maple syrup or agave
- Pinch of hemp seeds per slice
- Pinch of chia seeds per slice
Instructions
- Toast slices of bread
- Spread peanut butter on each slice
- Add sliced banana
- Spread pinches of hemp seeds and chia seeds
- Drizzle with maple syrup
