Vegan Banana Flax and Chia Seed Waffles

Ingredients
  1. 1.5 Cups of Organic Waffle/Pancake Mix
  2. 1.5 Cups of Non Diary Milk
  3. 1 tbsp of Flax
  4. 2 tbsp of Chia "Eggs" (See notes)
  5. 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil
  6. 1 Banana (or fruit of your choice)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together
  2. Add melted coconut oil, milk and chia eggs
  3. Place in waffle iron, cook until golden
  4. Serve with banana, non dairy butter and syrup on top
Notes
  1. Chia "Eggs": Add two tbsp of chia to two tbsp of hot water. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes or until jellylike.
  2. Freeze extra waffles, pop in the toaster when needed and serve as desired.
