SUPER EASY OATMEAL BOWLS

simple vegan breakfast

My husbands absolute favourite breakfast in the morning is oatmeal, which funny enough is one of the easiest meals to make. Even if we cook stove top oats (less processed=healthier) by the time we have all the fruit, nuts and seeds prepared the oats are ready to go.  I love how oatmeal keeps us full all morning and I can make it super nutritious by adding all the fibre and protein I want.

Ingredients
  1. 1 Cup of Oats (Follow instructions on package)
  2. 2 Tbsp of Diary Free Milk (Coconut, Almond, Cashew, Soy)
  3. 2 Tbsp of Walnuts
  4. 2 tsp of Chia Seed
  5. 2 tsp of Flax Seed
  6. 1 Banana
  7. 1/4 Cup of Defrosted Berries
Instructions
  1. Cook the oats
  2. Add fruit and Toppings to ready oats
  3. Add Splash of milk on top
  4. Enjoy
