GINGERBREAD GRANOLA
Hello day 3 of our 25 days of Holiday Plant Based Recipes. I hope you guys love this one and if you love ginger anything, I’m sure you will. Harlow LOVED this and kept saying “mmm mmmm mmm” every bite she took. I honestly melt when she loves my cooking–shucks (haha). Anyways, hope you love it! If you’re not a huge fan of molasses you could always skip it for maple syrup.

GINGERBREAD GRANOLA

Ingredients
- 4 cups of oats
- 1/2 cup of mixed raw nuts (we used pecans and walnuts)
- 1 tbsp of shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of milled flax
- 1 tbsp of ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp of sea salt
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of all spice
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of molasses
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix everything in a bowl, then spread out on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you have a really good oven then try for 15 minutes making sure it doesn't burn. Let sit on the pan till cool and transfer and store in a sealed container to keep it fresh.
