This is Harlow’s favourite go to breakfast (we just hold off on the maple syrup for her). It is full of fibre, healthy fats, potassium, and protein, just what her little body needs to grow. It also happens to be one of our favourites too with a sprinkle of maple syrup. People always laugh how much she eats and how well she chews but that just goes to show the beauty of BLW and how no teeth are required for healthy eating.
- 2-4 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- Drizzle of maple syrup
- Toast your bread slices
- Spread peanut butter
- Add sliced banana
- Sprinkle chia seeds
- Drizzle with maple syrup
