healthy fast vegan breakfast

Starting our day off with a nutrient dense breakfast is so important to us.  Though we aren’t always the healthiest, I find when I kickstart my morning with a nutritious healthy meal I’m making better choices throughout the day.  Peanut butter and banana toast is seriously one of the easiest things to create yet every time I serve it or snapchat it people are so surprised by the combination.  Peanut butter is a good source of protein (especially for us veggies) and has lots of good fat! I like to use natural peanut butter (no oils or anything added) and surprisingly it tastes better than the alternatives. 

I love adding nuts and chia or hemp seeds to the top of my creation.  This simple addition adds more protein and good healthy calories.  Chia seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids and fibre!

  1. Thanks for your post. One other thing is that individual states in the United states of america have their unique laws in which affect house owners, which makes it very hard for the the legislature to come up with a different set of recommendations concerning foreclosures on homeowners. The problem is that a state has got own legislation which may interact in an unwanted manner when it comes to foreclosure guidelines.
