5 SECOND SMOOTHIE
Day 16, so incredible we are now over halfway through this series. This smoothie is so quick to make and full of lots of healthy vitamins and minerals. It tastes delicious so don’t be afraid of the green. Our family loves a quick easy smoothie as a snack or in addition to our breakfast or lunch. I hope you guys love it too. We use a vitamix but any blender will work. I use my blender multiple times a day so if you’re looking into something that can do more than just make smoothies I would highly recommend the Vitamix, it makes everything so smooth and delicious and you don’t end up fighting with it like I used to do every day with out old blender. We use ours to can make smoothies, ice cream, soups, dressings, sauces and almond/cashew milks. It is expensive but we have found it to be worth it. Let me know if you have any questions. Hugs, e!


- 1 cup of almond milk (or any non dairy milk)
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of hemp hearts
- Blend everything together and enjoy
