Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of ripe frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Let the bananas sit out for a couple of minutes to let them soften enough to create a creamy texture.
- Add bananas and blueberries to a blender, blend, top with your favourite toppings and serve.
Notes
- The key to getting a rich creamy texture is allowing the bananas to sit out for a second. If you don't have time you can add some almond or other non dairy milk but it won't create that same creamy texture.
